  • Ranked 4th in the 12th IAAAF world indoor championships Valencia, ESP

 

  • Won the men's 800m in 1:48.45 ahead of MVP Track Club's Ricardo Cunningham, 1:48.94 and Evan Allen, 1:49.42at the National Track and Field Athletics Championships at the National Stadium in June

  2004: Won the 800m at the national championships

 

2003: Captured the 600 yards in 1.10.76 at the Missouri Southern invitational

2000:

  • participated in the 4x 400m at the world junior champion at Santiago de Chile

 

  •  Won heat 2 of the men’s 800m at the National Senior Athletic Championships in the National Stadium.        

1998:

Held Class 2 800m record, clocking 2.08.8. This was broken by Tywayne Buchanan in 2002 with a time of 2.02.7
