Gregory Douglas Gregory Douglas

Gregory Douglas started sailing at the age of 8 and by the time he was 11 was competing in his first major regatta at CORK in Kingston, Ontario.

He has represented Barbados at the International Sailing Federation's Youth World Sailing Championships in 2006 and 2007 and has also attended several major ISAF ranked events. He achieved an ISAF world ranking of 115th in October 2007.

In 2004, Douglas received a special commendation from the Town of Kemah, Texas for saving the life of a drowning sailor.
