Five Jamaicans including Beijing Olympic 100-metre champion Shelly-Ann Fraser will be in action for the first time at the World Championships in Berlin tomorrow, the second day. Fraser is down to run in Heat One of the women’s 100 metres, which is scheduled to begin at 4:55 in the morning Jamaica time. Jamaica will be represented by three other athletes in the women’s 100 metres.  They are Beijing Olympic silver-medalist Kerron Stewart, who competes in Heat Two at 5:02; Aleen Bailey, who runs in Heat 5 at 5:23 and Veronica Campbell-Brown, the reigning world champion, who will contest Heat Six at 5:30. The other Jamaican down to take the track for the first time is Kenia Sinclair, who runs in Heat 5 of the women’s 800 metres at 3:38 in the morning Jamaica time.
